How it works
Add up to eight families or drivers. Use “Make balanced rota” to assign runs in turn, or choose a driver for every morning and afternoon yourself. Changing a name keeps that driver’s existing assignments.
Use the notes for agreed collection points and times. Unassigned runs stay visible. Share a fresh link whenever the arrangements change.
Questions
How are the runs shared?
Make balanced rota assigns ten runs, Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons, in turn between the families. The number of runs differs by at most one. You can change any assignment afterwards.
Does it check availability or seats?
No. Agree the drivers, vehicle capacity, collection points and times with your group. The rota is a record of your arrangements, not a transport booking service.
Can another family open it?
Yes. Copy the share link to send a copy of the rota. Changes are saved only in each browser; shared copies do not update one another.
