Terms of use

NoAdmin is a free website of tools and guides for South African parents, students and schools. By using it, you agree to these terms.

A guide, not official advice

The calculators, checklists and dates on NoAdmin help you plan. They’re not tax, financial, legal or official government advice. SARS, SASSA, NSFAS, Home Affairs, universities, colleges and schools make the final decisions, and their own rules and dates always apply.

We take figures and dates from official sources, such as government gazettes, SARS and the schools’ own calendars, and each page links to its source. Rules and dates do change, and mistakes can happen, so check anything important with the organisation concerned before you act on it.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we can’t promise it is always complete, correct or available, and we’re not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on it.

Using and sharing

You’re welcome to use the tools, print the sheets they make and share links with other parents, schools and groups. Please don’t copy the site’s content in bulk to publish elsewhere.

Schools may add our free term-dates widget to their own websites. Links to other websites are there to help you; we don’t control those sites.

Your information

The tools work on your device, and what you type isn’t sent to us. Our privacy page explains this, and what happens if you sign up for email reminders.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site grows; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by South African law. Questions or a correction? Email hello@noadmin.co.za.
