School Trip Packing Checklist

How it works
Enter the number of nights and add the editable trip suggestions. Change quantities, remove anything you do not need and add your own items.
Use “Last-minute tasks” for permission slips, collection arrangements and final checks. The school’s own instructions should decide what goes in the bag.
Questions
Is this the school’s official packing list?
No. The starter items are editable examples. Check your school’s instructions for clothing, equipment, permissions and anything else required for the trip.
What changes with the trip length?
The examples use one clothing change per day, counting nights plus one day. Overnight examples are added for trips of at least one night. Adjust every item and quantity to suit your trip.
Will adding suggestions overwrite my list?
No custom items or ticks are removed. Adding suggestions again updates the suggested clothing quantity and adds missing examples; it does not remove overnight items if you shorten the trip.
