How it works
Type in the boxes and the newsletter updates as you go. Leave a blank line in a box to start a new paragraph. Empty sections are left out. Up to six sections fit comfortably on one A4 page; longer newsletters print on two.

What should go in a school newsletter?
A short welcome from the principal, news and achievements, reminders parents need to act on (forms, payments, uniform), and a list of key dates. Keep each section to a few sentences: most parents read it on their phone.
How do I send it to parents?
Print it on one A4 page, or choose “Save as PDF” in the print window and share the PDF on WhatsApp, email or the school app. “Copy text” gives a version that pastes neatly into a WhatsApp message.
Can I add our school logo?
Not yet: the template uses your school name as the heading. If you need the logo, save the newsletter as a PDF, or paste the copied text into your own letterhead.
Is anything I type saved?
