How it works
Open a child and a weekday to change their lunch. Choose a favourite or write your own, then add what to buy. Amounts are optional: leave one blank and the item still goes on the list. Up to six children, 12 ingredients per lunch and 12 favourites.
The shopping list adds up your whole week. Use the same ingredient name and unit to combine amounts. Tick what you already have or have bought. If a meal change alters an amount, its tick is cleared so you can check it again.
Use Start a new week to keep your children and favourites while clearing the week’s lunches. Clear plan removes everything, including favourites.

Questions
How is the shopping list worked out?
It adds the ingredients from every child’s five lunches. Matching names and units are combined, ignoring capital letters and extra spaces. Different units stay separate: grams are not converted to kilograms. Items without an amount are listed once, without a number. Amounts that can’t be read are shown for you to fix. Change the example food and quantities to your own.
Can I reuse favourite lunches next week?
Yes. Save a lunch as a favourite, then choose it for another day or child. Saving the same name again updates that favourite. Lunches already on the week stay as they were. Start a new week keeps your children and favourites, but clears the lunches and shopping ticks.
Can I print or share the plan?
Yes. Print plan includes the week and the shopping list. Long shopping lists may use more pages. A share link includes your children’s names, favourites and shopping ticks. Shared copies do not update one another.
Is anything sent anywhere?
Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Your plan is saved on this device only. Anyone with a share link can see it. Use nicknames if you prefer.
